Having worked successfully within the banking and investment industry since 1999, I have seen the sector evolve beyond recognition. Many of these changes, in my opinion, have not kept client and customer service at their core. In becoming a Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, I joined an environment where I can better control my service commitment to my clients.
I understand that the quality of advice given is very important and therefore qualifications and expertise are essential. I hold both the IFS’s Certificate and Diploma in Financial Services, in addition to being licensed to practice as a mortgage adviser. I continually update my knowledge in this ever-changing industry to ensure I take care of my clients present and future needs.
At the heart of the service offered is my belief in effective communication to ensure that my clients are kept informed of issues that may affect their financial wellbeing. As such, I regularly publish a range of newsletters exclusively for clients, including a weekly Monday Markets Bulletin and quarterly magazine, The Investor.
